We accept all the major credit / debit cards via Paypal.
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.
Online Orders & Card Security:
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (Paypal) we never have access to your card details at any time.

This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at our dynamite stores: dynamite Showroom, Unit 1C, Dean Hey Country Business Park, Cragg Vale or dynamite Select, First Floor, Bridge Mill, St Georges Street, Hebden Bridge.
We offer a full refund on goods returned for any reason, providing they are returned within 30 days of the delivery date, along with a valid receipt.
If you change your mind:
If you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods, in good condition, unworn and including product tags etc within 30 days of the delivery date, enclosing the original receipt. On receipt of the goods, we will reimburse the purchase price onto paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them.
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please complete the returns form included with your parcel and return the shoes to us at the address below. Upon receipt of the original goods (with the original receipt, in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you.
Alternatively you can contact us by phone (01422 884329) or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what size/colour you would prefer and we will hold the item for you (providing we have the size/colour you requested in stock).

You may also return goods in person to the above address or to dynamite Select, first floor Bridge Mill, St Georges Street, Hebden Bridge. Please provide proof of purchase (the original receipt or a print-out of your receipt page), the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods, and the goods (unworn and with original tags)). You may also exchange goods in this way, providing we have the correct size/colour in stock.
If your goods are faulty:
If you find your goods to be faulty, please return them to the above address, enclosing a description of the fault on the returns form included with your parcel and the original receipt. If we agree that there is a fault, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of the goods or offer you an exchange.
