Following receipt of order and clearance of payment, all full price UK orders will be delivered using Royal Mail First Class. Most parcels are dispatched next day but being a sole trader means life sometimes gets in the way so you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days.

This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at our dynamite store: 2nd Floor, Bridge Mill, St Georges Street, Hebden Bridge.
We offer a full refund on goods returned for any reason, providing they are returned within 30 days of the delivery date, along with a valid receipt.
If you change your mind:
If you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods, in good condition, unworn and including product tags etc within 30 days of the delivery date, enclosing the original receipt. On receipt of the goods, we will reimburse the purchase price onto the Paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them.
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please message me or send a note with your parcel and I will send out the new garment upon receipt of the returned one.
Alternatively you can contact me by phone (07788441749) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know what size/colour you would prefer and I will hold the item for you (providing I have the size/colour you requested in stock).
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs.

You may also return goods in person to the above address Please provide proof of purchase (the original receipt or a print-out of your receipt page), the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods, and the goods (unworn and with original tags)). You may also exchange goods in this way, providing we have the correct size/colour in stock.
If your goods are faulty:
If you find your goods to be faulty, please return them to the above address, enclosing a description of the fault and the original receipt. If we agree that there is a fault, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of the goods or offer you an exchange.
